handful of coconut flakes, walnut pieces, banana and some blueberries w/ almond milk
coffee/cream
Lunch:
Taco salad w/ some spicy peanut asian salad dressing....the dressing was sooooooo good. It did have sugar in it, tho. :(
Dinner:
Texican spinach enchiladas, rice, black beans, chips and salsa...few sips of a frozen Margarita (sp?)
I know, I know...not on the plan at all. I fell off the wagon since I was 'starving' by the time I ate. It really is necessary for me to get some kind of afternoon protein snack. There is a great grilled chicken at Texican that I could have had!
