Bulletproof coffee (americano w/ kerrygold butter and coconut oil)
Lunch:
smoothie made w/ clementines, banana and 2 T of almond butter and about 1/2 c of almond milk
Snack:
small bag of nuts and lara bar
Dinner:
Grilled chicken breasts, saute of zucchini and onions and ginger/rice vinegar and sweet potato
glass of Merlot (BIG cheat)
BEAUTIFUL DAY IN ATX TODAY!
