Breakfast:
2 bacon, 2 fried eggs
1 halo tangerine
coffee and heavy cream
Snack at Bible Study...small square of some kind of egg casserole
Lunch:
leftover creamed broccoli with some rotisserie chicken and a little bacon thrown in. MMMmmmgood.
Snack:
2 banana/2 clementine/almond milk smoothie
Dinner:
Steak, sweet potato w/ butter and saute spinach w/ splash of balsamic vinegar
Snack:
handful of blueberries and a couple of dates
Wow...I ate a LOT today. Too many snacks. I could have done w/ the morning snack and the afternoon snack. Not that hungry, then. BUT tonight the blueberries and dates were really delish and satisfied my sweet tooth.
