Ok, going gray and almost all the way there:
Breakfast:
scrambled eggs and bacon
Lunch:
If I'm going to cheat...it will be with salads when we eat out or sugar free drinks

Snack:
Diet Cherry Limeade at Sonic after a long walk at Brushy Creek Trail
Dinner:
1 # grass fed beef w/ bell peppers, onion and chili powder, cumin, chipolte chili flakes and mexican oregano, and garlic salt over a sweet potato or new potato (split 4 ways with Max, Tamera and Wm while we watched the Super Bowl game)
