ok, for all you Pinterest Peoples...I just want you to know that I'm fighting my addiction. At least to Pinterest. I make myself choose something TO DO or TO MAKE out of the 'pins' for that day. So, this is my 'toffee bark' I made for book club. It may be a NEW addiction. This was super easy. Let me know if you want the recipe. But, I'm sure you can find it on Pinterest!!! 

Still Waters

I may have to change my blog title from Austin Nana to Wandering Nana. These are just some random photos from Huntsville State Park last week. We were on the lookout for alligators and 'escaped' convicts from the nearby prison! But really no sitings!

Below, our 6.8 mile 'hike'. The 'boardwalk' went over the marshy areas, where we thought we may see an alligator or two. No such luck.

My favorite time of the year

runs between the last week of February and the first week of May in Texas! We are living in Huntsville State Park this week. Our R-pod has now had about 3 trips and it is an amazing little thing to eat, sleep and work from. All the fresh air has been such a soul rest. We can work because we have wifi at certain wonderful places (this first picture shows a view from one of them). I'm working on continuing education classes for real estate and nursing. Also finished up my book club book, Still Alice. William is doing his work at this picnic table most of today. It's sunny and 75 degrees. PERFECT.
