Just got these in from my daughter in law! They are in Brisbane, Australia for a couple of years. I think these are especially cute pictures of all the 'animals'!

This was in my devotional book this morning. It hit me between my spiritual 'eyes' since I had spent a good part of last night browsing thru photographs of places we are planning our next trip. I even remember thinking, Wow, this looks heavenly! And I definitely had no trouble staying alert as I was just THINKING about 'the places we'll go'.
The value of heaven. The price of heaven! The preparation of that place by the Creator. His presence. A place that is prepared and paid for! Anticipation and excitement in the journey. Companions along the road. ONE simple way.
Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going." Thomas said to him, "Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?"
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:1-6
